Authorization for the Processing of Personal Data
I, as the Data Subject, hereby authorize OVERTHERE S.A.S., a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Colombia, identified with TIN 901.744.886-1, with its principal address in Bogotá D.C., Colombia (hereinafter “OVERTHERE”), or any party acting on its behalf, its partner, assignee, or any entity that may hold its contractual position in the future, to process my Personal Data in accordance with the guidelines established in Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015, and any other regulations that may complement, amend, or repeal them, for the purposes described below:
I hereby acknowledge and accept that the information collected, processed, and managed by OVERTHERE will have, among others, the following purposes:
• Ensure the proper functioning of the APP.
• Guarantee identity and authenticity standards of users interacting within the app.
• Detect potential inconsistencies and anomalies regarding user identity.
• Ensure connectivity between registered users of the APP.
• Develop tools and algorithms to ensure the confidentiality of the personal data collected.
• Support and improve the services offered by OVERTHERE.
• Analyze browsing behavior through cookies.
• Manage social media platforms.
• Organize, catalog, classify, divide, or separate and store personal data within OVERTHERE’s systems and files.
• Establish commercial partnerships with third parties that have purposes aligned with those described in this document.
• Conduct internal processes within OVERTHERE for operational development and system administration.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys and offer services.
• Handle requests, complaints, and claims and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Provide its services.
• Cross-check data with the National Civil Registry or other entities to verify identity.
• Verify information against restricted lists.
• Transfer and transmit data to third-party partners with similar data processing standards.
• Inform about its activities, products, or services, as well as for any other purpose permitted by social media regulations.
• Enable interaction between registered users through the app.
• Authorize the app to use the Azure Microsoft API or any other verification API chosen by OVERTHERE to carry out image validation processes (profile picture).
The data processing includes the following:
A. In terms of data collection sources:
• Through contracts signed with OVERTHERE.
• Through the user verification and validation process.
• Through user registration.
• Through email exchanges.
• Through service portfolios.
• Through meetings or phone communications.
• Through access to OVERTHERE’s website or app.
• Through data transmission or transfer.
• Through electronic conversations.
• Through digital forms.
• Through transfer requests.
B. In terms of use:
In accordance with the stated purposes.
C. In terms of storage:
Data will be stored in a private virtual cloud network, with restricted access exclusively for authorized personnel.
D. In terms of deletion or removal:
Data will be deleted upon request or once the purpose is fulfilled. However, this may not apply when there is a legal obligation to retain the data.
E. In terms of data transfer and transmission:
Data transfer and transmission will be carried out to fulfill the stated purposes.
I understand that my rights as the Data Subject are:
i) The right to access my personal data.
ii) The right to know, update, and rectify my personal data.
iii) The right to request proof of the authorization granted.
iv) The right to revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data.
v) The right to file complaints before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
vi) In general, all rights established in Article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012.

I also acknowledge and accept that OVERTHERE may process, among others, the following data: Full Name; Image; Age; Gender; Biography; Height; Nationality; Mobile Phone Number; Email; Facebook, Google, or Apple ID login credentials; Interests; Contact information; Employment data; Advertising ID; National ID (DNI); Android ID; Android Version; IMEI; BSSID; Live geolocation; Latitude and Longitude position
By voluntarily, explicitly, and clearly granting my informed consent as the Data Subject, I authorize OVERTHERE to process my personal data in accordance with its Personal Data Processing Policy and the provisions set forth herein. This consent is granted specifically for purposes related to the use of the APP and, in particular, for legal, contractual, and commercial purposes detailed in the aforementioned policy and this authorization. The Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy is available for my review within the OverThere app.
By uploading my profile picture and proceeding with the creation of my account, I expressly consent to the use of the Azure Microsoft API, or any other API defined by OVERTHERE, to verify and validate my image according to the app’s parameters.
I understand that answering questions related to sensitive data is optional. However, I also acknowledge that if I choose not to provide such data when necessary for service provision, the service cannot be delivered.
